Our RBMs are the leaders out in the retail field.
We expect them to manage their region as if New Look was their own business. They coach our store managers and motivate our teams to deliver an amazing customer experience every day.
Staying close to the heart of the business, they engage our store managers and solve problems by finding new ways of doing things. They are passionate about creating a market-leading retail experience and know how to drive performance while growing the best talent. They live and breath everything that New Look stands for.
STORE MANAGEMENT
As strong leaders with a ‘can do’ attitude,
our deputy managers work closely with our store managers to keep New Look at the forefront of the high street. They are responsible for making key decisions that can drive the store’s performance and maximise sales while playing a decisive role in managing and developing our supervisors and sales advisors.

SUPERVISOR
The first step of a store management career.
Supervisors are the eyes and ears on the shop floor. They are full of enthusiasm, know how to motivate the sales team and are quick to identify any issues. They’ve had previous experience in retail management so they know how to drive and improve every aspect of the customer experience.
SALES ADVISOR
Our Sales Advisors love fashion and love working with people.
They thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. They are the future leaders of New Look, so we tap into their talent by encouraging them to choose the development programme that best suits their ambitions, then we support them every step of the way.
